Introduction to Spirituality
What is spirituality? While you could ask 100 different people and get 100 different answers, I believe that spirituality encompasses an inner belief that there is something beyond ourselves, and it is our quest for this something else that gives us answers (and many times even more questions) about who we are and why we are here. You will not discover all of the answers to the question "who am I and why am I here", but I believe that spirituality starts us down that path. Spirituality is universal. It is not a religion. It is a seeking for something outside of ourselves...that leads us right back to ourselves and our relationship to the Creator of All That Is.
